About Me
I come from a foundation in fashion design, where my focus centred on modular design, sustainability, and the female form. My studies and early work in the fashion industry gave me hands-on experience in sewing, patternmaking, garment construction, and production.
Drawn toward storytelling and character, I moved into costume design, completing my Master’s in Costume Design in Italy and gaining professional experience in an Italian costume house. There, I refined my skills in alterations, accessory construction, fittings, and organisation, while developing a research-led, narrative-driven approach.
Now based in London, I work at the intersection of fashion and costume, combining technical precision, structural clarity, and storytelling sensitivity. Having worked across cultures, from South Africa to Italy and now the UK, I value collaboration, respect, and kindness, and approach every project with care, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
